寄件者： 即將發芽的向陽種子 (原始留言) 傳送時間： 2005/8/4 下午 04:10 同學會的各位同學好： 雖然才到Champaign四天(卻也在Hotel待了四天... = =)，卻發現如果有同學會的人幫忙，生活會easy很多。因此，經過會長Bruce的提醒，我想我該在此分享一點關於temporary hoousing的經驗。 目前我暫時棲身在Lincoln St.與Illinois St.交叉的Wardall/Townsend Residence Halls。環境不錯，有空調及網路(需NetID)。之前，我一直寫E-mail及在"University Housing"(http://www.housing.uiuc.edu/) 上申請，皆無下文。 因 此，我直接到位於1203 South Fourth St.的Housing Administration，到了該OFFICE後，上二樓並左轉，告知要申請temporary housing，馬上可以有地方棲身。學生一晚$20，眷屬為$24。有需要的同學不妨前去詢問，參考參考。 但缺點是只能住到8/16，所以..... 我目前也正在尋找8/16-8/23的歇腳處(即使是客廳的小角落也可以..)，希望大家能相互提供資訊，幫幫忙..... Works were not smoothly proceeded

It took me for at least 2 weeks to figure out there was a problem with G-418.
After I found out the effective dose, and ready for freezing all these clones..
I was beateb by the terrible yeast contamination... :(
Damn yeast! how can you suvive so well in the presence of G-418.. !!!

花了我兩星期，才知道該死的G418有問題。
就在測試出有效的濃度、一切都很順利可以凍細胞時，
馬的yeast contamination..
最好是你能在G418裡過的那麼爽啦... 按～～

我的地板是我的放大版桌子... 一樣混亂～

心情真是悶～
家裡被我『依』得一團亂...
其實這是果啦～
因是：
老覺得考試沒考好，作業都提不起勁寫～，啥都拖到最後一刻～
加上濾水器馬力不足～ 暗幹了很久，懶得收拾地板上的一團亂....

黃湯下肚，即使有些睡意... 我騎著我的小藍，一路哼著陳昇的『流星小夜曲』～
為了尋找沒有光害的地方，不知不覺就晃到South Campus去..
星星是不少，但沒有嘉義多..
流星是半顆都沒有..
把大黑切換到B快門，ISO值標到1600，測試一下..
哈～ 真是有你的～ Canon...
雜訊抑制，真是沒話說...

有點涼～ 靠著我的浪跡天涯小包包，看著滿天的星星...



心裡罵著『XD，流星勒？！』
